VOL. XXXII July 24, 2005 No. 30
“Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain, and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit. Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.”

POINTS TO PONDER!
Give God what’s right; not what’s left.
A lot of kneeling will keep you in good standing.
We don’t change God’s message; His message changes us.
When God ordains, He sustains.
Most people want to serve God, but only in an advisory position.
Suffering from truth decay? Brush up on the Bible.
Exercise daily; walk with the Lord.
Compassion is difficult to give away because it keeps coming back.
Nothing else ruins the truth like stretching it.
God doesn’t call the qualified, He qualifies the called.
